Due to the great success of Master Jeong’s first online seminar, we are glad to announce you the repetition of Lesson 1 of the International Online Seminar led, again, by Master Jeong, but this time in a more suitable hour for Both North America and South America. This is the first of a series of seminars centred on Master Jeong’s Combative Taekwondo (실전태권도) where he will teach about the application of Taekwondo Skills in real life fight situations.

Footwork 9 steps and basic punching skills

Footwork & Steps:
1. 제자리 앞발 딛기 Stepping front foot in place
2. 앞발 내딛기 Sliding front foot little bit forward
3. 한걸음 내딛기 Walking one step forward (One by one)
4. 양발 동시에 내딛기 Running one step forward (With both feet)
5. 대각선 (전진) 딛기 Side step (Running one step forward diagonally)
6. 방향전환 (좌,우) Turning around (left, right)
7. 한걸음 물러딛기 Walking one step backward (One by one)
8. 양발 동시에 물러딛기 Running one step backward (With both feet)
9. 대각선 (후진) 딛기 Side step (Running one step backward diagonally)

1.반대지르기 Bande jireugi
2.바로지르기 Baro jireugi
3.두번지르기 Doobeon jireugi

Trabajo de pies, steps y puñetazos básicos

Trabajo de pies y steps:
1. 제자리 앞발 딛기 Poniendo el pie delantero en el sitio
2. 앞발 내딛기 Deslizando el pie delantero un poco hacia delante
3. 한걸음 내딛기 Avanzando un step (un pie tras otro)
4. 양발 동시에 내딛기 Avanzando rápido un step (con ambos pies)
5. 대각선 (전진) 딛기 Step lateral (Avanzando rápido un step en diagonal)
6. 방향전환 (좌,우) Girando (derecha / izquierda)
7. 한걸음 물러딛기 Atrasando un step (un pie tras otro)
8. 양발 동시에 물러딛기 Atrasando un step rápido (con ambos pies)
9. 대각선 (후진) 딛기 Step lateral (atrasando rápido un step en diagonal)
